Brevard Public Schools - 3 Sites Reroofing
Followed typical proposal process from beginning to end and assisted with corresponding with various client representatives with the client, BPS, for three (3) reroofing projects located at three (3) separate Brevard schools: Apollo Elementary School, Imperial Estates Elementary School, and South Lake Elementary School. Developed boilerplate information based on project details for various marketing items, including corporate presentation materials. Project included two (2) phases for each school. Corresponded with roofing contractor Roof Control Services (RCS) for approval and scheduling of roof test-cuts.

UF-632_DSIT (BECx)
The University of Florida's (UF) Data Science and Information Technology (DSIT) Facility is currently in construction and is to consist of two (2) semi-autonomous interconnected buildings, each with five (5) levels (approximately 260,000 GSF); a state-of-the art-multidisciplinary facility to be engaged in the engineering, healthcare and bioinformatics programs. Provided assistance with selecting photo documentation for marketing purposes and created project sheets/highlights based on information found from project documents related to the BECx Services provided. Provided peer review and editing of evaluation report and site visit reports during construction.
What I Do
In my previous position as a Marketing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant at a high-volume engineering firm providing professional services, my day-to-day typically involved assisting with general administrative and marketing needs of the regional (FL) office. Responsibilities included reviewing, editing and updating proposals, reports, and other various correspondences for standards and grammar. Primary duties included preparation of qualification submissions for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for Building Envelope Design & Consulting (BEDC) Services, Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) Services, and Civil Engineering Design & Consulting Services with a primary focus on athletics and performance in recreational facilities. Duties also included performing tasks geared toward general business development for the Firm, including but not limited to preparation of PowerPoint presentations, proposals, event/trade show materials, and qualification packages, as well as gathering information from projects, clients, facilities, sub-consultants, etc., as needed. Additionally, as a certified Notary Public, I have provided my Notary Services on a professional and, over time, a personal level.
Today, I am a Project Manager at a firm that primarily focuses on design and consulting for Kitchens (both indoor and outdoor) and closets as well as installation and coordination of 3rd party services. In my role, I act as the main Point-of-Contact for all client, vendor, and contractor communications including scheduling, administrative, and marketing support, and am responsible for logistics and inventory management, warranty replacement claims processes, repair service requests, invoicing, ordering, etc. Technical applications used include, but are not limited to, PipeDrive, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook & Teams, Company Cam, and various vendor sites.
Additional Services and skills include typing/transcribing and quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
