Request for Proposals
Gathers information from clientele, project managers and technical staff, and conducts outside market research to compile and finalize suitable proposal for submission in response to client's Request for Proposal (RFP).
Requests for Qualifications
Gathers information from firm and technical staff to detail their background and experience with providing similar services in relation to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package being submitted. Highlights relevant skills and experience based on client research and/or preference, to include in final submission for bid selection.
Featured projects
Gathers information on recently completed projects (i.e., size, location, photos, scope of services, etc.) and partners with project management team to create featured projects to share on company website and social media platforms, and to use and include in qualifications packages and submittals as needed.
Social Media Presence
Utilizes social media platforms to promote services provided by current firm, and to share the work-life culture and promote external hiring and customer engagement.
Notary Public, State of FL
Certified Notary Public (N.P.) in the State of Florida and authorized to take acknowledgments, administer oaths and affirmations, solemnize marriage, take depositions, certify the contents of a safe-deposit box, certify the vehicle identification number (VIN) of a motor vehicle, and certify copies of documents which are not public records.
Additional Services
Additional services include resume building, Photography, PowerPoint Presentations, music theory and composition, voice overing and captions, etc.
